Hands-down, one of the best noodle shops in the area. Because you can mix and match noodles, you can learn a lot about each dish. My personal recommendations (but all are very good): - Tomato beef noodle soup (番茄牛肉麵) - Tomato Pickled veggie and shredded pork noodle soup (番茄榨菜肉絲麵） A few helpful notes: - “Tomato” versions of each noodle add a very nice, light tartness to it, so that’s my personal fave. But you may go with any of the “regular” versions—they’re amazing, too. - There’s a difference between “牛肉麵” and “牛肉湯麵”. The first has beef chunks and the second one does not have beef chunks. Both are noodle soups. - There are several types of noodles to choose from. “拉麵” is my fave, but you should try all of them!
