Excellent ramen and I appreciated the help from their English speaking staff member to order. Broth was rich and flavourful and I appreciated having a choice of noodles. Gyoza here is excellent as well.

I’m new to Taipei, been checking out a lot of the ramen shops. This one is the best so far. Others have usually been disappointing to some degree. Great depth/layers in the broth. Love the tempura nori. Great charshu. Very interesting yuzu flavor and yuzu pepper. Well done, thank you, and keep it up! I’ll be back for the others on the menu.
