We only need to wait for about 20 minutes to be seated. It's important to note that you need to place your order first and pay in cash only! Each person in your group must order one ramen. They specialize in chicken-based soup, which adds a unique and flavorful twist to their ramen. The space accommodates about 17 seats but it is somewhat cozy, so be prepared for a snug dining experience. I ordered Thick Chicken White Soup Ramen ($270). The soup, while thick, doesn't overwhelm the dish, maintaining a satisfying flavor. The chicken is not greasy. In the machine, you can choose the noodle, saltiness, less or more oil. Tang Yang Chicken ($70): Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. Plus, it comes at a reasonable price, so it’s highly recommended. The waiting time can be a bit long, especially if the line is more than 10 people deep. However, if you find yourself in Zhongshan with a relatively short line, it's definitely worth a try. Keep in mind that personal preferences may vary, so while it's a solid choice, Taipei has other fantastic ramen options to explore.
On rainy days, I went to the next stairs to shelter from the rain and wait in line, but the people behind me went in first instead. The reason turned out to be that the new clerk didn't see me? It is recommended to use the calling system, and the store can seat about 20 people. The medium softness of their noodles is too hard for me. Later, when I added a spherical noodle for free, I chose soft. The price is about the same as that of ordinary ramen shops, and there are meal time restrictions. Then I don’t know if it’s a new clerk, I just sat in the corner and felt the pressure of being stared at and eating noodles. You can bring drinks into the store, which is not bad.
One of the best Tori Paitan I had in Taipei The queue was long but I think it is a rather fast line in comparison with other famous ramen places Highly recomended
