This is the best vegan fine dining experience I’ve ever had. All dishes were designed to echo with Flowers. The presentation was good, so was the taste. I’ve ordered a cocktail to go with the meal ; yuzu and it was top notch too. My favorite dish were the Wellington , pine nut tart and the first dessert with grape! The meal was very well designed with flavor from sour to build up with rich and spice and follow up with a sour light taste grape sorbet. Would definitely come here again and ordering more cocktail to try out.
