I discovered this random beef noodle shop on my first trip to Taiwan and went in without any expectations, and since then I've been to Taiwan 2 more times and tried various beef noodle places, this remains the best considering of the quality of the beef, the flavor of the soup, consistency of the noodles, and beef to noodles ratio.
