A newly opened dessert shop. The young chef is self-taught and returned to China after studying in Paris. Today I tried the reverse-baked apple tart and Xia (chocolate cake). Both are quite delicious. The puff pastry crust of the apple tart is very crispy and the custard is delicious. The sauce is very delicate, and the apple filling is also filled with vanilla, which is very fragrant and delicious. Kasumi's chocolate mirror, filling and apricot orange filling are very rich, but the cakes are quite small. Each person needs to order a drink for inside use. The environment is nice. When you check in at the opening, you will receive a madeleine as a gift.

Got three cakes to go. Was pretty impressed by the flavors and texture. The whipped cream on the St. Honoré was so light and smooth. Love the unique taste and texture of the Paris strawberry cake! The staff was nice. Will definitely visit again!

Tried the strawberry tart today. Super impressed with the harmonized layers and perfect balance of flavors - fruity, just- about-right sweetness, fresh crust, and the amazing combination of the small leafy herb used in the finishing touch. Such a piece of artwork dessert like a hidden gem found in an alley. Never liked a fruit tart like this.
