Zhongshan District, Taipei City｜Ginto Soup Curry

Would've asked for seconds if it was possible. Curry wasn't overpowering though the flavor was definitely there. Definitely don't mind the soupiness since I inhaled that with the rice. Karaage chicken was juicy and on point. I savored the heck out of that. Also, the nice wide window view by the loner seating added some extra zhuzsh to the meal. Loved the pudding itself; Not a fan of the grapes: They add a visual, but they don't really work with the pudding flavor at all. Oh and reminder: it's cash only

So delicious! I've been looking for a Japanese style curry restaurant in Taipei, that offers vegan/vegetarian dishes that are not just vegetables and the soy hamburger patty really hit the spot (definitely doesn't taste like real meat, but really delicious).

If you can't decide between eating some soupy meal or enjoy the flavour of a japanese curry, just go to Ginto Soup Curry! Their curry soup has a very rich taste and the meats and vegetables included are much more interesting than the usual carrot and potato. I always add some extra mushrooms because it is an assortment of different kinds of mushrooms. Be careful though! The highest level of spiciness is very, very spicy!
