What an amazing experience! I came here with my husband to see the meerkats and the whole experience greatly exceeded our expectations! The waitresses are friendly and patient, leading us to visit the meerkats for 20 minutes and interacting with them. We also petted many friendly and well behaved cats who’s mostly minding their own business. The food and drink are all quite good but the meerkat interaction is definitely a highlight!
Omg, what a unique and memorable experience 💖 this is an awesome animal cafe (they have two toucans, two meerkats and many beautiful well behaved cats) with super professional friendly staff and delicious food ~ The rules are very clear from the beginning, and of course I recommend you make a reservation online first. They give you indoor slippers and caution you to be mindful when opening doors etc so the animals don't run off ~ they also let the animals sleep and rest ^^ you aren't ever allowed to pick them up or bother them if they're sleeping, so they're very well respected and cared for. The staff will also keep notice of if you've had a chance to spend time with the toucans in their outdoor enclosure or the meerkat in their play pen so everyone gets an opportunity. You can play before or after eating, up to you and the availability of the animals~ the space is jungle themed and very warm and comfortable, and super clean! I have a mild cat allergy but didn't sneeze once or detect any odor or cat fur lying around. The toucans were beautiful and very playful (they have quite a strong bite so be careful~) and the meerkats were naughty and cute (they scratch and dig a lot too so be careful to guard your belly button, I learned the hard way 😂). As for food, there's a minimum spend of 300nt per each adult plus 10% service charge. We waited a long time for each dish but because we played with animals in-between it wasn't so bad ~ and the pasta was really delicious!! The Sichuan noodles were super fragrant, not too spicy but numbing and flavorful with tofu skin and meat slices, and the pesto chicken was super yummy too. The chicken was moist with a crispy skin and the pesto was perfectly cheesy and herby and not too salty ~ not huge portions but acceptable and the quality and environment are really superb and worth every penny ♡ would absolutely recommend and come again!
