Yongkang District, Tainan City｜聶姊麵店

This is actually a quite famous local restaurant which serves noodles, fried rice, omelets and many other delicious food. They have excellent boiled products (滷味) and I highly recommend the sesame noodles (麻醬麵). There's usually a wait and you should fill out your order using the right colored menu, depending if you are eating inside the restaurant or want take out. One helpful tip is to write your name on the paper. The boss is incredibly friendly, yet also very efficient. She sometimes had special home cooked offerings which you can find when you order. After a couple visits, they will remember your name, so they are super friendly. I really miss eating here.
