Annan District, Tainan City｜Sinhua Epural Noodles (Tong'an)

Delicious and cheap pork noodles. I order from here every once in a while thru Foodpanda and it never disappoints. The ramen portion also comes with a chili sauce packet that gives it some real punch, and the pork (cartilage) is both flavourful and soft, fantastic stuff all around.
