On a hot winter afternoon, I was looking for Yunnan delicacies at the entrance of the alley. When I passed by this beef noodle shop, the owner stuck his head out and said hello cordially. I thought I would give this one a try. There is a window next to the entrance, and the boss will open it from time to time to peek in, like a Japanese uncle, which is quite interesting. The soup is light, refreshing and healthy. There are sauerkraut and good chili sauce at the door that you can add yourself. I prefer strong flavors when it comes to beef noodles, so I also like the fresh and sweet soup of this restaurant, which also has a unique taste. When I ordered the tomato beef noodles, I thought it was boiled with tomatoes, but it turned out to be just one tomato, which was quite special. A bite of tomato and a bite of braised beef is also a unique feast for the taste buds. I like the chili from this store, it's not spicy but full of aroma.
