The noodles are significantly thinner than ay-chung and the broth is not as thick as the others. I actually prefer this style over the others. They only have pork intestines noodles. The lady is friendly. This is definitely considered the old traditional Taiwan style food (古早味)。

Super super delicious noodles. Can’t find this anywhere in the USA. Keep going! 加油
