Taiwanese beef noodle soup. Amazing. A deep, beefy broth that highlights their long stewing pot. I got the half beef and half tendon noodle soup. The beef was so tender and the tendon was the perfect chewiness. They also have a side bar that they chop up and sauce as a side dish. The dumplings were both good, the cabbage had a nice crunch and the chives had a nice brightness to them. Highly recommend. We got here right after lunch time and they were at the tail end of their busy rush.

It’s a busy restaurant, not the cleanest but the food was nice. I ordered braised beef noodles soup (NTD150), the portion was generous and I couldn’t finish it. Aside from the noodles, you must go for the appetizers and the small dishes to maximize your experience on Taiwanese cuisine.

Tons of selections on noodles and braised food. Very popular near the most famous 3C shopping district here in Taipei. A must try when you are shopping around here and crave some beef noodle soup.
