The soup is salty and light, and the thickness of the noodles can be matched with your own taste. It is a good restaurant. The ramen shop I visited two years ago, this time I visited the new store for the first time. The decoration outside the door is the same as the Japanese style two years ago. The space inside the store is much larger than the old store, with more than double the seats. As for the ramen The taste is stronger than that of the old store, and the menu has more a la carte options that have not been seen in the old store before, and many things can be tasted a la carte and customized (for example, you can choose the part of the side dishes that you don’t want to eat ), and the a la carte portion will be served in the same way, there will be no phenomenon that the dish is not served after adding the order, but the quality is not very stable, because I have a bowl of Sangoshi tonkotsu ramen, the char siew in the soup is tender and delicious, However, I ordered a single piece of char siu pork, and some of the meat was hard, but this small defect will not affect my five-star evaluation of them. Next time I have a chance, I will still patronize again, and I will also recommend it to my friends who like ramen.
