Delicious and friendly ramen place. Good for everyone! Staffs are the asset of the store, also allow pets, very few good place you have to visit. Thanks a lot Ajito Ramen!

隱家 never disappoints and is for sure the top 3 ramen shops you can find in Taipei. I’d say the best thing about 隱家 is it’s consistent quality. This prospect is shown from the base broth, 叉燒, noodle, egg, and to all the sides. Don’t think there’s any need to introduce any of their dishes, just try them yourself and you’ll get what I’m saying ;)

Visited right at lunch opening time on December 31 and was seated right away. The staff was very helpful in describing each type of ramen and helped us with the ticket machine. You can chose the noodle type, salt level, add ons, etc. I've never seen a shop with so much control over the ramen choice. I've had ramen in a few places in Japan and in my opinion, this is the best ramen I've had anywhere. I've never seen soup that sticks so well to the noodles, and it is very filling. I got the spicy meat add on and it was really delicious. I can't wait to go back.
