Zhongshan District, Taipei City｜眷村味

Because I have been in Dazhi more often recently, this is the second time I come to eat. Surprised why this small store has such a low rating? Personally, I think its food tastes light and elegant, not salty or greasy. If the materials are of good quality, I can accept this price. Personally, I especially like its pig ears, which are really salty and light, with just the right degree of ripeness, crunchy and fragrant. I also ate the sauerkraut dry noodles twice, and the noodles were moderately soft and firm. You can eat snacks of this quality for more than two hundred Taiwan dollars. I think it's ok.

The braised vegetables are very delicious, and both the spicy noodles and stewed noodles are delicious!

Authentic provincial noodles, really a real treat
