I had the pleasure of trying the beef noodle soup at CINGSHAO. I must say, it stands out among the many establishments offering red-braised beef noodle soup. Their specialty is the stewed beef noodle soup, which I found exceptional. The sliced beef was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, while the soup itself struck a perfect balance between lightness and delicate taste. In my opinion, this is the best beef noodle soup spot in Zhuwei. However, it's worth noting that the restaurant only offers outdoor seating and has limited tables. As a result, there might be a queue during peak hours.
