Beitou District, Taipei City｜阿索蕾 Al sole pizza & pasta（無訂位服務）

Very nice simple Italian food that is well made and delicious. We had a pizza and two pasta dishes which were excellent and washed them down with a rather good Italian beer. My only suggestion is they need a plain pizza bread on the menu to mop up the past sauce. It really is that good. Everything I ordered I can make at home so I kind of use it as a test to see how good a restaurant is. I am a little humbled because what I ate tonight was much better than I can make. This I a very nice restaurant that serves lovely food in Beitou too, so no need to go into Taipei city. My compliments to the chef. Your food is great! We went to Al Sole again the other night, and I really have to say the food is made with an understanding of Italian food that I find outstanding. The guys in the kitchen are very talented chefs.

This is a surprisingly authentic Italian restaurant. It's kind of surprise to find it here. Pizza was very delicious and well made. The pasta was perfectly cooked al dente with a perfect Bolognese sauce. Honestly the only thing missing was wine, but it was substituted by Moretti beer.

Finally people in Beitou don't have to drive to central Taipei for a good pizza. Best pizza in Beitou! I must say every other pizza place in the area is not worth mentioning. I'm really glad this restaurant opened! The food is really nice and service is friendly. The price is fair and the quality is great. The restroom is clean and so is the rest of the places. Its good to come with friends and family. The pizza crust was really delicious and QQ. The toppings had great flavour as they were fresh and delicious. If you prefer more heat, try their chili oil or just add Tabasco. Pizza pizza Mama Mia! 👌🍕
