XD Leek has a strong flavor and is more delicious than cabbage. The seasoning of the two kinds of dumplings is quite simple, and the dumpling skin is also springy, not soft. The hot green vegetables are added with minced garlic, the seasoning is just right, and the spinach is tender without astringency. You can choose not to add pepper to the hot and sour soup, which is suitable for those who don't like spicy food. Those who like spicy food can add chili sauce by themselves. There are a lot of ingredients in the soup, especially the shredded bamboo shoots! Overall, it's a good deal, and I will try other meals next time.

Delicious and served quickly

There are many delicious foods around the West Lake MRT Station. You can probably eat a family every day for a month. This northern dumpling (noodle) is located in Lane 437, Section 1, Neihu Road. The store is clean and comfortable. It mainly sells dumplings, noodles, and soup and side dishes~ I wanted to order Hot and Sour Soup Dumplings, but they were sold out because I came here after 7pm 😭 I must have a bowl of Hot and Sour Soup next time! Later, I changed to beef soup dumplings. Their dumplings are really amazing! Very large, thin skin, full filling, and quite juicy, the beef soup is refreshing and not greasy😋 Noodles are also highly recommended. Dried sesame sauce noodles do not seem to have much sauce attached to the noodles, but every bite of the noodles can have the aroma of sesame sauce, and the noodles are also very bouncy! Overall, it tastes light but still delicious.
