Ordered three dishes today: Abalone Angel Noodles (with four scallops) Shrimp Noodles with Dried Scallops in XO Sauce (Too late to take pictures) Cold sea helmet (slightly spicy seasoning of garlic, onion, and coriander) I like the taste of the pasta very much. I like the way the proprietress uses stir-fried seasoning to preserve the freshness and sweetness of the seafood. The bamboo shoot ribs soup that comes with the meal is also super sweet. I would like to eat again if I have the opportunity. The menu has been reprinted, and there are only three main courses and three cold dishes. The proprietress said that these dishes are the essence of the restaurant for more than two years, and the dishes from the old menu are gone.
