Was on a dinner date around 5:00pm today.We saw a grandmother shouting at a female employee and recording her. The employee was explaining to the grandmother about booking before coming here. But this mentally challenged grandmother just doesn’t seem to understand a thing? All this shouting and yelling made me feel uncomfortable and uneasy. I really hope that the grandmother can apologize to the female employee. I mean it’s common sense to book in advance before going to a well known restaurant like this one. I really feel bad for the employees meeting these terrible customers. 加油加油 The employees of Jhu Jian. Would love to visit again soon!
