The strong and mellow flavor is not an exaggeration to describe their noodles. Coupled with the slow-cooked pork trotters, it is really delicious😋. As long as I have eaten their noodles, I always feel that the taste of other restaurants is bland. And it’s hard to imagine that they only use scallions (no minced meat) for seasoning and no MSG, so the taste can be so rich and not greasy. It’s really addictive~!
