Great scallion pancakes: a crisp exterior with a fluffy, fragrant interior. 37NT. +10NT for egg. Optional spicy chili oil is delicious and not too spicy outside of Taiwanese standards. It's a bit on the greasy side but hard to have "scallion oil pancakes" without the oil.
