There is a large intestine circle stall in the alley next to Fish Ball Bo Zai. It looks like an inconspicuous steamer but you are full of surprises when you open it! Large intestine rings are glutinous rice intestines, soft and delicious! All offal foods have no fishy smell at all, and the julienned ginger in the sauce enhances the freshness and sweetness!
