Stumbled on this place by accident some years ago, and I've been coming back again and again since! Their pig bone soup ramen is what I always make a point to have whenever I'm in Taiwan. The flavour of their soup has not deteriorated/differed over the years, so the quality of their work is consistent. The texture of the ramen is just right—neither Under nor over-chewy. Definitely hits the spot especially on cold days. Their egg isn't the flavoured tamago type with semi runny yolk, though, so don't be surprised when you see what looks like regular old hard boiled egg in your soup—but even that egg's yolk isn't overdone.

The rich soup is reasonably priced. The tonkotsu soup is very smooth. If you like a richer soup, I recommend the miso soup with a little spiciness. Collect ten points to exchange for a bowl of ramen discount for regular customers
