The authentic Vietnamese cuisine is truly delicious. The soup of the rice noodles is something that will keep you coming back several times. Their bread is crunchy outside but soft inside, which is perfect to go with their curry chicken sauce or the specially cured pork balls. The restaurant is the best dinning choice in the block and is open to everyone, not only the residents of its community.

If you're looking for pho that is similar to the US, this is the only place in Taiwan that I have found after trying countless shops. The pho noodles here are thin and it comes with sriracha sauce. Pho Hoa used to be around in Taipei itself, but has since closed. After spending the last 4 months trying to find authentic pho in Taiwan, I almost gave up. A good 95% of pho shops in Taiwan use thick noodles to cater to the locals, which isn't authentic (even if they are run by Vietnamese). This place, however, is legit.
