Sanxia District, New Taipei City｜MERLIN.M 梅林麵

I have to say this is one of these jackpots you could hit in your local area. There isn’t much good ramen places in Sanxia, actually a few but very expensive. This one was introduced by a good friend of mine, my wife and I were a little skeptical at first thinking maybe it’s an average good interior decorated restaurant like every other, but this one certainly serves a delicious ramen mixture of both Taiwanese and Japanese flavors, we love this place! It isn’t too expensive. Though we feel that the seats are a bit too tight having to sit in a table bar with strangers, we don’t recommend coming in big groups. Staffs were okay but they felt quite exhausted due to it being understaffed and having long lines of customers. We’d suggest rearranging the space and increasing the staff, the demand is already high, would be a great investment to do so. Will very likely come back soon!

This has to be the cutest ramen shop I’ve ever been to. The girl at the counter also had the nicest attitude which was a plus. The food was pretty good as well. Was actually particularly impressed with the small side dishes so definitely try a few in addition to your ramen if you visit.

Lovely Ramen in the heart of Sanxia! Hard to believe it’s so good. Design and layout is clean well designed and bright! Staff are friendly and the food is good!
