Su'ao Township, Yilan County｜口之味

It is mainly a noodle store which is Tainan-flavor, with a decent pork-bone-based soup base for its noodle, rice stocks, and other selections. The Store also sells variety of vegetables, bean curds, and meats as appetizers and meal supplements. The Store, which seems to be family-owned, is rather clean, and the store service is fast. At dinner time, the Store can be fully seated for all the tables.

I love their goose oil rice, pork mouth meat, and goose guts soup... it all sounds scary but trust me, it tastes amazing. If you’re unfamiliar with Taiwan and stumble upon here, order those three dishes and you can boast about experienced authentic Taiwanese food, and most likely with pleasure too.
