Come early, long lines I like this Ramen because it’s not too salty, a lot of Ramen are just way too salty You want it enjoy the food not have it over powering I definitely can see the heart and soul they put into the food From the plating of the food to the color of the plate everything was very thoughtful Definitely try the appetizers they were refreshing Great favorites and clean restaurant Highly recommend will definitely come back

Jigoku Tonkotsu Ramen may seem light, but it is actually quite spicy. The specially prepared spicy sauce is very fragrant without irritating the throat.
