On February 2, 2023, I bought continental cakes with eggs, egg cakes, and salty cakes. Continental cake itself has a bit of sweetness, and the dough is soft and elastic, not dry and hard. The egg pancake skin is not crispy, it is a little thick but soft and tender, and you can get the aroma of dough mixed with egg when you bite into it. The salty puff pastry tastes like a small pepper pancake, but the peppery flavor of the onion and meat filling is not as strong. Take it home and eat it, everything is cold and not greasy.
