A curated experience of slow living. However, please do not come with children, noisy people and elderly who have problem with movement. It won't be suited for them. Attention to details was seen in everything. Butler was thoughtful. We even had a guided night walk as the weather was good. I don't think even 5 star hotels have such interesting and attentive service.

Our favorite b&b in this area. We came to stay here twice 10 years ago and loved it so much. A third visit this month, this place is still a hidden gem in the Jinguashi town! The services are impeccable and the place has such a relaxing atmosphere. We booked dinner at the b&b both nights (highly recommended!) to avoid the hassles of looking for dinner at night and really enjoyed it both nights. They were so sweet to change our food a bit on the 2nd night for variety purpose. After dinner, the head butler Ben took us out for a short walk and introduced the area a bit. So glad we came back again after 10 years! Huge thanks to Ben who took great care of us during the entire stay.

I really like this place. The name "Slow" is very suitable. There is a TV in the room but no TV programs. There are books and DVDs in the public area on the second floor that can be borrowed. There is also a drawing board in the room. The children can enjoy themselves painting in the room and listening to soft music. The afternoon tea, dinner, and breakfast prepared by the butlers were all delicious, especially the five-tailed fish. My son still hasn’t forgotten the deliciousness of this fish even after he returned from his trip today~ I would like to stay here again next time I come to Jinguashi.
