My husband and I craved ramen after watching tons of Japanese big eater show. We searched for a ramen shop closest to our place, and we found a hidden gem! It’s a cute, small, independent ramen shop opened by a passionate chef. Unlike the chain ramen shop in the city, you can see lots of toy collections and posters collected by the owner. We ordered one shoyu ramen (soy sauce ramen) and one shoyu ginger ramen. We love the soup! We can totally feel the hard work behind it. The Chashu (Japanese stewed pork) is impressive as well. We will definitely come back for other secret flavors!✌🏼
