Luodong Township, Yilan County｜Angelica Mutton Soup

The soup tastes goooood!!! But it is cooked with Chinese medicine, not sure if foreigners will like it. The stinky tofu is super soft and the noodles are one of the best I’ve ever had 🥰

Absolutely the best mutton soup / rice I’ve ever tasted! (Didn’t try the noodles so no comment on that.) Very reasonable prices. Flavourful, tender meat regardless of whether you choose the lean meat, tendon or ribs. Generous portion of accompanying vegetables too. Stinky tofu was excellent - crispy on outside and soft inside, with just the right amount of pungency. Will go back to Yilan just for another meal!

The lamb soup with Chinese medicine female ginseng is so crazy 😜 get my whole bady warm up immediately!! And the fried stinky dofu is awesome too, crispy skin with super soft inside! This are soooooo fuxxxking good👍🏽
