The fried dough sticks are crispy but not watery, and they don’t taste too dry or chewy. It would be too tough and the texture would be moderate and appropriate, but I wonder if they have been replaced by deep-fried dough sticks recently? Is there something wrong with the person who is in charge of the pot? Recently, the fried dough sticks have become moister and less crispy. As a result, the whole texture has changed a bit when eating it together with the sesame seed cakes. This affects the overall taste, although it is still better than other restaurants outside. A lot, but much worse than before.

Very traditional Taiwanese breakfast place in Yilan. And so so so tasty.
