Xitun District, Taichung City｜麵武嵐

A+ ramen noodles. Probably the best ramen I had in most of Taiwan. Noodles were fresh and great. Broth was really full flavor (soy mixed pork bone broth). Meat was soft and tender. It’s small roadside open air spot. Typical to see lines. It’s worth the wait. Spicy ramen was a good level of hotness that is not overwhelmingly hot.

We recommend the tonkotsu ramen, which is affordable and has a rich soup. The barbecued pork is soft and tasty, with a high cp value. The soy sauce taste is average, so I don’t recommend ordering it.

The soup is very rich, the barbecued pork is super delicious, the noodles are just right in softness and hardness, the spicy bean sprouts are delicious and affordable, and the CP value is super high!
