I think this is a popular beef noodle soup spot for locals. We got her we got here around lunchtime, it was super packed, so we shared a table with people. The beef noodle soup got a decent flavor profile and meat is tender. If you don't think the soup is flavor enough, you can always add the spicy chili beef oil. I do wish the noodles got more bite to it though since I like chewy noodles. The owner is very welcoming and nice. He started chatting with us while we were finishing up.

Seriously, it’s better than Taipei’s Yongkang Street Beef Noodles! The soup is "original" between stewed and braised, the noodles are springy, and the beef is made from beef tendon, which is soft and delicious! Personally, I think it is the first and second best in Taiwan so far!

Great noodle, beef, soup, and songs. Also their tofu is good. You can try from the basic beef noodle, I think it’s already much above its price
