Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City｜Toukai Taoyuan Flagship Restaurant

Came in for lunch and was impressed. Clean, pleasant decor, and friendly staff. You can tell that the chef put work and effort into each dish that was brought up. The sashimi was fresh and the cuts were generous. The butter beef stew was delicious as well. The cooked salmon belly was prepped just right and literally melts in your mouth. Solid dining experience, there wasn't a dish we ordered that we didn't like. Price was a little on the higher end compared to what you'll normally find in Taiwan but worth it.
