The soup is delicious and has a light Chinese medicinal flavor. The thick noodles taste moderate and chewy. The beef is braised and is half gluten and half meat. The dining environment is clean and air-conditioned. The boss lady is very enthusiastic and has a good attitude. The cucumber tastes very crispy. Fresh, seasoned just right and not too salty.
