Im a fan of their noodle. Its texture is very unique, chewy and old style. The sesame flavor is unique to foreigner’s taste bud, in a good way. Their typical traditional flavor is also great.

This place, including the owner/chef, has been here forever. I came here the first time in 2000 and many times since, and it's always fantastic Taiwanese snack food. My go-to meal is a Gan Mian (dry noodles with meat and sprouts), a Hun Dun Tang (Wonton Soup), and a side of meat, such as pig's ear or tongue, or marinated tofu. It's around NT$ 100 (US$ 3), and a wonderful breakfast or lunch.
