Zhongli District, Taoyuan City｜Ramen Ultra

Different from normal traditional ramen, the soup is not so thick, still has bunch of flavor but refreshing. The noodle is very thin, I recommend to ask for harder noodle, so it can be more chewy and suck more juice from the soup.

Very nice chicken broth base, could be soy sauce or thick broth, also available extra chicken soup to adjust by yourself.

Highly recommend this restaurant, my daughter and wife love it, quick service, good Ramen, with varieties in Donburi
