I absolutely love these 3 sushi dishes from kura sushi: 1. Sauteed beef sushi with half boiled egg 5/5 2. Raw fish sushi with half boiled egg 4/5 3. Aburi salmon with mayo and cheese 5/5 4. Chawamushi 4/5 I don't recommend the ice cream as it feels like heavy cream. Pricing is affordable, food is fresh and the service is normal.

A fun and delicious place with fresh ingredients but not a lot of variety. It was non-meal time when I went there, and the food on the revolving rack was limited. You can order what you want to eat and have it delivered to your seat. Wasabi is ground raw wasabi, which is very fragrant but also very flavorful. The chawanmushi has a light aroma of soy sauce, but it is not overly salty and is very tasty. Throwing in five plates will activate the gashapon, but the gashapon is a matter of chance, which means you may not win, so I didn’t twist even half of it today. Finally, I ordered Hokkaido milk ice cream and matcha ice cream. They are rich in matcha flavor and not bitter, so they are delicious.

It’s finally opened in Oe. I’ve been waiting for it for a long time. Hidden Sushi is really of high quality~ I can satisfy my appetite with whatever I want. Scallop sushi, sashimi sushi, eel sushi,,, ah ~ I want to eat, I don’t need to make a reservation on weekdays, but on holidays it’s best to use the app to book a table in advance, so you don’t have to wait too long to get a table. I heard that some people have waited. 3 hours just to hide sushi~
