The noodles are indeed handmade and the texture is different from ordinary pasta. It is chewy and full of flavor. It is really good. Today I ordered lasagna, duck breast 🍕pizza, and porcini cocoa noodles. I will explain them separately below. Porcini cocoa pasta portion The sauce and fried chicken are really delicious. The fried skin is crispy and juicy inside, and the sauce is fragrant. However, the noodles are too strong and cannot be blended with the sauce. It is a pity, but it is delicious because it is very authentic. Duck breast pizza part🍕 It's very delicious when rolled up. The cheese part is rich but not overdone. The flavors of duck breast and cheese are perfectly blended. The occasional spiciness is mixed with the onions. The layered texture in the mouth is endless and delicious. Lasagna portion The combination of tomatoes and cheese enhances the level of the two. They go well together. The portion may not seem to be much, but because the noodles are very dense, most girls will not be able to finish it. The disadvantage is that they will feel tired of the cheese after eating it. Pleasant experiences here. The restaurant is featured in hand-made pasta. From wheat to flour and then many kinds of pasta, it's really special to see all the process of making it. The clerks here are full of passion and smile all the time, nice services, and the open kitchen shows professionally. And then, the foods here are amazing! The spaghetti here is "al dente", nice sauces, fresh herbs and ingredients. I extremely recommend this restaurant, with the good service, nice food, and reasonable price, just come and Bon appetite! You won't regret. Surprisingly enough, food was really good compared to the first time I ate here. Service was good and fast. Dining time was limited to 2 hrs but I guess it was because of the holiday. Table was a bit small for our orders though, but all in all, great dining experience.
