Guangfu Township, Hualien County｜Guangyi Pork Ribs Noodles

I am happy that I found this place that was open for some, cheap eats, Taiwanese style food. Without Google Maps I couldn’t have found the place. Additionally, I am mostly saying this to hopefully offer some help to the boss: that it was not obvious the their business was open when I walked up to it from the street. I used my very limited Chinese and some photos of Chinese foods from the internet, that I know that I like. The lu rou fan with a fried egg , and side the side of sweet potato leaves and a bowl of soup with egg and veggies were all delicious. The sweet hostess was so kind and patient with me to help me find some foods that I would like.
