Datong District, Taipei City｜Old mum's noodle shop

Clean environment with transparent kitchen. What the portions lack in size is made up for by the quality of the dishes. I was rather surprised by how delicious the food was. The cooks definitely know how to cook noodles and dry them correctly before serving to prevent them from becoming soggy. TLDR: clean, cheap, small portions with superb quality.
