Longtan District, Taoyuan City｜張師傅客家小吃

Honestly the best food I’ve had in Taiwan so far. We were visiting Leofoo Village Theme park and was staging at the Leofoo Resort. We searched up what food is around the area and came across this hole in the way restaurant. From reading the reviews, they serve Hakka style stir fry. I was told to try Taiwanese stir fry many times. We ordered the eggplant stir fry and ginger beef stir fry. The chef even made us sweet and sour pork!! People were so kind in the restaurant; they gave us time to use google translate on the menu and accommodated my husbands shellfish allergy. The food was delicious - fresh and hot off the wok! This is a must try when you’re in the area!!

We came to Lufoo village for fun and stay over night. Looking for nearby good local food and found this little place next to gas station and oh my gosh, the food is very delicious and we really enjoy it very much!! We ordered 6 dishes for total 980NT and had famous fish rice noodle soup to go and Haka stir fry!
