“roadside gem!” beef noodle soup with solid ratios of good beef, fresh chewy noodles, and sweet broth. use the chili crisp and you’ll be set! wild vegetables were also tasty with a hint of bitterness. you can apparently order ahead which we didn’t know but the service was pretty quick

Noodles with beef was good. Small chili was pretty spicy but delicious. Nice restaurant nearby.
