The beef and pork udon are super delicious! They feel clean and nourishing ~ the udon noodles are thick with a chewy Q mouthfeel, the hot broth simple and delicious, and plenty of vegetables 😋 seaweed is chewy too! Would love to try the dry udon version with cheese slices next time 😄
