I ordered Tonkotsu Ramen (NT170), with side dishes including green onions, kelp, bamboo shoots, sunken corn kernels, and barbecued pork*2 The soup is thick but not greasy, and not too salty. The noodles are very chewy and the side dishes are also delicious. The overall seasoning is more Taiwanese-style. The dining environment is neat, bright and clean, with no sticky utensils on the table or floor. There is also a self-service bar where you can get drinks and soup.
