Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City｜越河美食館

I frequent this Vietnamese restaurant whenever I'm in this area. I've tried many dishes on their menu and they're pretty authentic. My go-tos are beef pho (Pho Bo Tai) and fresh spring rolls with fish sauce. The Vietnamese sandwich, grilled chicken vermicelli noodle salad (Dui Ga Nuong), and stir fry beef noodles (Thit Bo) are also pretty good. The beef pho was delicious, with a hearty and flavorful broth and beef slices (remember to add a little lime juice, it's in a bottle in the fridge). The fresh spring rolls were also fantastic, with crunchy raw vegetables, soft, aromatic leaves and cool, cooked shrimp, rice noodles, all packed into the rice wrapper. The grilled chicken vermicelli noodle salad was a great choice for a refreshing summer meal. The chicken was grilled to perfection, and the rice noodles mixed with fresh vegetables and sweet fish sauce mix added a nice crunch and a burst of flavor. Try it out if you're looking for an authentic Vietnamese flavor around the area.
