This is my first time to eat at Haidilao and all I can say is WOW. I have never experienced a service like this in my life. I am not exaggerating. I have dined in other restaurants that are expensive and never experience a service like this. The waitress who assist us in our table is very good. She took care of us very well. Even if I don’t speak Mandarin, she still took care of us. She deserves a raise!! Hehe. Anyway, food is great but the SERVICE is excellent!! Thank you Ms. 游玟琪 for assisting me and my husband and for your excellent service. Will definitely come back again. ❤️

阿諭 gave an amazing service and was very attentive to our needs and was very professional as a server. Food was great too, each serving was enough for the 4 of us.
